The critical chi-square is calculated using Table shown below at 0.10 significance level and at n-1 degree of freedom.

Here n=7 so, n-1=7-1=6 degree of freedom, so, using Table as:

Percentage Points of the Chi-Square Distribution Probability of a larger value of x2 Degrees of Freedom 0.99 0.95 0.90 0.75 0So, the critical value would be 10.645
