Answer #1

The level of involvement is how significant a purchase is regarded by a consumer and how much care they take before making a purchase. Of example, a low-level involvement applies to transactions you often don't think a lot about, or something you'd do almost immediately, like purchasing supermarket groceries. Under this rule, you would think a computer would have a medium to high level of involvement, since it is a more expensive product that is often considered more than an investment. The factors of involvement refer to the things you consider when you make a purchase. Before you buy a computer, you will consider things like your budget, your needs (will the machine be able to do what you need to do, such as gaming or graphic design?), and the circumstances in which you will be using it (would you need something compact or a desktop?).

The website of Apples is friendly, fresh, clear and clean, making it possible for the company to show off its products and make them the main focus. In fact, this is their website's main purpose in selling and advertising their products. No one goes to find out who they are on the Apple website. Their global status means they're more popular in your fruit bowl than the apple you'd find. It does simplify the process of purchasing for the customer.
