A.On my experience of ineffective leadership they exhibited Laissez faire Leadership.

Factor's contributing for laissez faire leadership was ,a.different caders of team member's and their experience ,b.Lack of experience to the team leader.c.New to the institution.

B.On my opinion Transformational leadership corresponding to incerse Nursing satisfactory performance.

Because This leadership quality was inspirational to team member's due to Democratic behavior of leader.Democratic behavior stimulates team member's to work effectively. This behavior drive team member's towards goal.Transformational leader ship include all of team members in decisions making encourage for critical thinking . So Nurses get work satisfaction.

C.Laissez faire leadership show negative impact on nursing satisfactory performance and leading to negative out come.

Because in this leadership less supervision.,leader may have sub optimal interpersonal skills.This behavior perceived as demotivating by staff members.
