Problem Statement:- The patient can come with problem in breathing. Suddenly he may start hyperventilating. He may complain of headache. He may complain of recurrent pain abdomen. On taking history he may be taking alcohol or any drug. He may be divorced, short tempered. . There may be decrease concentration. He may have lost his job.

Analysis:- All his reports were normal. Hence he may be suffering from CONVERSION DISORDER.

Background of problem:-

-Sudden episodes of breathless

Chronic headache

Chronic pain abdomen

Alcoholic

Divorced

Normal reports
