Pathogens like bacteria and virus infect the various parts of the upper respiratory system.

Several different pathogens are involved in these type of infections some of them are:

1. Streptococcus pneumonia- A bacteria that infects the nasal cavity.

2. Haemophilus influenza - A bacteria causing sinus infections

3. Moraxella catarrhalsis - It is a bacteria that can cause infection in middle ear.

These are some names of the pathogens required.
