Cultural differences cancer experienced by almost all in the working area. It is highly prevalent in healthcare sector because of multiple professionals .

For example :

Age difference between a novice staff and a senior who is very experienced and is aged. The cultural differences existing all way from the theoretical knowledge of the novice ,being very active and enthusiastic in performing a task.Whereas these can be different when the experienced staffs handle it .In these cases the actual cultural differences can be seen.

2.The challenges which can be faced when working in the healthcare sector are

• Continuously trying to be culturally competent
• Overcome new challenge to adjust and accommodate ot
• Differences opinion arises if there is misunderstanding
• Continuing the education program more frequently
