1- the effectiveness of Brad smith based on trait theory of leadership in this case can described as the traits and characteristics possessed by him to be an effective leader because according to this theory, Brand should be born leader and have leadership traits to be effective like in the case.Brand smith shows the trait of intelligence, self confidence,determined and ability to influence others in the company.

2- the effectiveness of Brad smith based on path goal theory can be explained by action of Brad in which he tried to achieve organization's mission and objectives by bringing employee together and motivate them to achieve that goal under his leadership.like in the case, Smith likes things get done and include an environment in which employee regularly meet with him to communicate and discuss of key ideas and goals.

3-the effectiveness of Brad smith based on transformational leadership theory can be assessed based on How Brad Inspire employees in the workplace to achieve objectives and tasks completion. how Brad has vision to lead team to success and how he can take risk to achieve those goals like in this case, Brad believes in inspiring and developing of employees which improve their experience and expertise.

4-the effectiveness of Brad smith based on servant leadership perspective can be explained in which Brad is the leader who believes in making good relationship with its employees. in the case, Brand make discussions with employees, involve them in meetings. Brad focus on communication with employees as their development as leader.Brand emphasize on inspiring employees and encourage them to grab opportunity which can help them to grow.all these shows signs of servant leader.
