basic feature of all eukaryotes and prokaryotes is the presence of cell membrane/plasma membrane.mitochondria and chloroplasts have a double layered cell membrane.Similar to prokaryotes they have 70S ribosomes and rRNA primarily mean for protein synthesis. Small circular DNA is present in chloroplasts and in mitochondria. There is no well defined nucleus present in mitochondria and chloroplasts.
