1. DNA pol 1 and DNA ligase

DNA polymerase 1 is responsible for the removal of primers and DNA ligase is responsible for the formation of phosphodiester bond between adjacent okazaki fragments thereby joining them.

2. Replication begins at a unique site and proceeds in two directions, meeting about halfway around a typically circular chromosome

DNA replication in eukaryotes occur at multiple sites whereas in prokaryotes it occur only at one site because the size of Eukaryotic DNA is much more larger than that of prokaryote.

DNA replication in both prokaryotes and eukaryotes is bidirectional.

Most of the prokaryotic DNA are circular in shape but few Are linear as well. But the Eukaryotic DNA is linear except for mitochondria and chloroplast DNA.
