Depending on the inheritance if it's Z linked dominant or recessive . Hence additional information is needed .

B in case of Z linked recessive and d in case of z linked dominant .

If the mutation is in Z chromosome and the disorder is Z linked recessive ,then females will be affected as they are heterozygous (ZW) while males will be carriers as they have another normal Z chromosome that is homozygous (ZZ) , the normal Z chromosome will override the recessive mutation so the disorder is suppressed

If the disease is Z linked dominant , one copy of the dominant allele on mutant Z chromosome is enough to produce the disease ,so it would affect the male and female equally as each would posess one Z chromosome .
