Question

Are procedural guidelines necessary?

Many people believe, or have become frustrated believing, that lawsuits are an impediment to the expansion of businesses and the economy as a whole.

One important aspect of lawsuits is that all the procedures must be followed, and timelines followed (such as statutes of limitations), or the person suing can wind up losing the entire lawsuit without ever getting a chance for a third party to decide the dispute.

In "legal speak" these issues are called "procedural."  Should adherence to strict procedural guidelines  be necessary? Under what hypothetical circumstances do you believe procedural guidelines should NOT be an impediment to a successful lawsuit. Under what circumstances do you believe strict adherence to procedural guidelines is necessary for there to be "justice"?

Answer #1

Yes, there should exist strict adherence to procedural guidelines and I believe that under all the circumstances, procedural guidelines should not be an impediment to a successful lawsuit owing to the advantages paused by following the laid down procedures. These rules and regulations that govern the path to justice must just be followed to the latter in order for courts to deliver justice. I am a strong believer that there should not be any exception in following the procedural guidelines, but because of different economic structures of societal people, the procedural guidelines should be adhered to for the sake of maintaining rules and regulations and restoring justice of the judiciary system.

Strict adherence to procedural guidelines are necessary for there to be justice especially in cases that involve a weaker class member of the society and stronger member of the society. Procedural guidelines will tend to protect the weak and poor because they can easily be disadvantaged should the procedural guidelines be broken.

Please read the article and answer about questions. You and the Law Business and law are inseparable. For B-Money, the two predictably merged when he was negotiat- ing a deal for his tracks. At other times, the merger is unpredictable, like when your business faces an unexpected auto accident, product recall, or government regulation change. In either type of situation, when business owners know the law, they can better protect themselves and sometimes even avoid the problems completely. This chapter...
