So , we know that there are three kinds of cytoskeletal filaments in adults

1. microfilaments

2.microtubules

3.intermediate filaments

But in embryonic stage we have different scene. in young embryo, wounds are healed perfectly and that too without any scar.( this led to researchers working on its novel use )

in embryos, actin purstring assembles rapidly and then contracts to close any gap or wound in embryonic epidermis. also, standard embryonic fibroblast exert traction forces ot bring borders or margins of wound together.

you see, the sole difference between embryonic wound healing and adult is the initial stages that took place in the process
