If Xc is the recessive allele causing colorblindness and X+ is the normal dominant allele then females having XcXc are colorblind whereas the one having X+X+ or X+Xc have normal vision. For male XcY genotype leads colorblindness.

colorblind female ( XcXc ) X normal-sighted man (X+Y)

the punnet square gives

Xc Xc
X+ XcX+ XcX+
Y XcY XcY

All the sons will have  XcY genotype, therefore, the probability of the son to have colorblindness is 100%
