Answer #1

Organizations face a lot of conflicts on a daily basis. In an organization where I have worked, the conflicts are managed by the Authority in charge of the group, by mediating the situation and hearing what either parties have to say before arriving at a democratic solution. From observing these conflicts, it can be learned that one must remain composed and look into the other person's perspective in order to gain full understanding on why their views might oppose ours. In addition to this, the organizational policies must be kept in mind while trying to arrive at a conclusion. One must think In a rational manner and avoid making hasty decisions.
