ANSWER:
Clarification since it isn't contending that anybody is being oppressed. It is basically expressing that our treasury division isn't maintaining the segment 504 of the restoration demonstration. This could be viewed as a contention however in light of the fact that it could be taken as the treasury division is falling flat and separating individuals.
