The probability that an allele will reach fixation is effectively equivalent to its initial frequency. Therefore, the Allele frequency of 0.1 will reach fixation before 0.3

As we know for low initial allele frequencies,

Initially,

the frequency of the dominant form of the favorable allele will reach fixation much quickly, and the frequency of the recessive form will rises to fixation much slowly, with the incompletely dominant form exhibiting an intermediate slope.

But after a number of generations,

Incomplete dominance form will reach fixation first, the dominance form will rise to fixation at last and the recessive form will be at second place.
