Ans. The amino acids are basically has the alpha carbon atom. They also have the amino group and the carboxyl group. The two amino acids are joined to each other by a bond called as the peptide bond. The peptide bond is chemically anode bond. The amino acids form the Bond with the water molecules by H bonding between the Nitrogen of amino group and oxygen of the carboxyl group of amino acid and H of the water molecules. The structure of peptide bond between the two amino acids is shown below:- So the peptide bond, the molecule that can form bond with water are shown above.
