Following is the order from strongest to weakest.

1. For this sequence -35 and -10 sequences are the typical consensus sequence which can be recognized by Sigma factor of RNA polymerase followed by 3, 5, 4 and 2.

This has been deciphered on the basis of decreasing number of nucleotides match with that of the reference consensus sequence.
