a) There are 4 electrons surrounded by carbon and which is bonded with other atoms. It is polar because the net dipole charge willnot cancel each other

b)There are 6 electrons surrounded by sulfur and 4 electrons participated in bonding while one lone pair is present,which make the molecule bent shape. It is polar

c)It is tetrahedral in shape with zero polarity,because the dipole charges cancel each other due to the opposite alignment
