3. Initiator tRNA binds to mRNA- Translation. Explanation- Initiator tRNA is charged, thus called as aminoacyl-tRNA and it binds to mRNA.

4. 5' Methylguanosine gap- Post-transcriptional processing. Explanation- mRNA undergoes post transcriptional modification and a methylguanosine cap is added at the 5' end.

5. Poly- adenylate tail- Post-transcriptional processing. Explanation- mRNA undergoes post transcriptional modification and 200-300 Adenine residues are added at 3' end.
