Answer #1

Now a days various organisations are getting developed that's by their is more competition in the market and various organisation's have their own user who are utilising or using their product or services. But sometime the users have to face problem due to some circumstances with the organisation's product or services which makes the company difficult to convince the user to take their services. So, for resolving the conflict with the user the the manager has to take some steps which are-

1. Diagnose the conflict- The conflict can be of any type it can be verbal diagrrement, it can be physical violence and many more the manger should first know the reason of conflict then only he/she can resolve it without knowing the problem no one able to solve the conflict which occur between the user and the organisation.

2.Provide guidance- The manager has to provide some guidance to the user according to the conflict. Be in positive attitude with the user because the user is paying youfor using your services if you don,t make him feel good then it might possible that he/she will refuse to take your services and the organisation has to lose a user which gives loss to the entire organisation. So the manager has to be always in cool environment so that he/she can resolve the conflict easily because it is human tendency if they are paying money to someone they don't want you to talk in arrogant manner.

3.Talk Together- The manager has to give chance to the user also so that you can get to knoe what they want to resolve the problem and if it is possible then the manager has to do that because once the manager do this the user can have the trust on the organisation and trust can easily resolve the conflict and if the problem is due to the poor product or services then the organisation has to try to improve it so that no more conflict may occur due to that particular problem.
