5. Germans like to drink beer and have many local breweries. There is a culture of drinking beer in Germany. Germany is known to have number of beer brands and local breweries.

The preconceptions are based on readings and information about German culture. The causes for such preconceptions are the interactions and experiences with people from German culture. The culture is established due to common practices and values established over a period of time. Research has been done to find comparisons between different cultures. This reflects that preconceptions are based on readings and impressions taken from the style of communication and public environment. The companies from Germany background are considered extremely professional and with focus on work orientation. The global business brands who have established business in Germany have faced challenges related to the different cultural experiences and persons going on professional assignment to Germany study the cultural differences to prepare themselves accordingly.
