2. The employees (prospective, at the time of recruitment) can check the values of the firm on the website and see if these values align with their personal values.
3. Similarly, employees must know how they align with their employer company values so that they can deliver their work more effectively.
4. For employees whose values differ from company values are not able to fully deliver their duties to the satisfaction of the firm. This is an important factor to check while considering the candidate for selection.
5. Company values give a sense of security to the employees, while fulfilling one of the needs of Maslow's hirearchy.
