1.What happens when a theory cannot be fully tested?

2.Is it possible for a scientist, who is a person with morals, values, political and religious views, ever able to be completely objective when it comes to testing theories that involve proving or disproving concepts related to ideologies?

1.The theory might remain as empirical as some theories cannot be disproved even if they are not fully proven as the existing support for the theory indicates that it is reality. For example, String theory and the idea of a multiverse. Though this theory is not completely non testable it has still not been completely proven.

2. If along with ideologies, the scientist has to gain anything by politics or marketing then his objectivity may get clouded. But otherwise it has been discussed under moral realtivism that it is completely possible to stay objective under all other conditions.
