People think that universal health coverage is more expensive and find difficulties in obtaining insurance coverage. People feared of not getting preventive services in Universal coverage. The Americans will face a financial barrier in the healthcare coverage. The poor people have many misconceptions about the universal coverage. Lack of unemployment rates increases the opponents against universal health coverage. The Universal health coverage will increase health care cost and develops a large insurance gap. People have mistrusted the government. Moreover, the Universal health coverage does not cover the pre-existing condition and increases the deductibles and co-payments is the reason for opposition for universal health coverage.

Essential primary care should be essential to all irrespective of the income. The health care should be equally distributed.
