For both blocks you will use the relative weight equation of Fw=m(g+a)
where g=+9.8 so the weight of each block is 150.4N. The tension in the bottom block is just the weight of the bottom block (150.4N). And the tension in the top rope is the relative weight of both blocks together (300.8N).
