In this case the nurse should first calm the patient down and help her understand tbe effects of drugs. She should assure her that use of this drug in small dose in pregnancy is not harmful for the baby and it would not affect her pregnancy.

2.

The patient here should be imstructed for following-

To take the exact dose of warfarin every day same time as prescribed

To seek care and guidance if you miss the dose

Not to consume alcohol while taking warfarin

Avoid food like myonnise, kale, cranberry, green mustard, olice oil etc.

Avoid activities that can make you bleed, prevent harsh brushing, use of razor etc that can risk you ti bleed
