4x + 4x + 2y + 2y = 192
8x + 4y = 192
4y = 192 - 8x
y = 48 - 2x

Area = xy = x(48 - 2x) = 48x - 2x^2

Maximum of y = ax^2 + bx + c is when x = -b / 2a

so x = -48 / -4 = 12

y=48-24 =24
