The number of millimoles of NaHCO3 = molarity* volume in mL = 0.15*65 = 9.75 mmoles

The number of millimoles Na2CO3        = 0.1*75 = 7.5 mmoles

pH of acidic buffer = pKa + log(Na2CO3/ NaHCO3)

                    = 10.3 + log(7.5/9.75) = 10.19
