Suppose given that Force is F and it makes angle A with +x-axis, then it's components are given by:

Fx = F*cos A

Fy = F*sin A

Using above rule:

F1 = 290 N at 90 deg from +ve x-axis

F1x = 290*cos 90 deg = 0 N

F1y = 290*sin 90 deg = 290 N

F2 = 440 N at 45 deg from -ve x-axis = 440 N at 135 deg from +ve x-axis

F2x = 440*cos 135 deg = -311.13 N

F2y = 440*sin 135 deg = 311.13 N

F3 = 580 N

from given triangle

cos theta = 3/5

sin theta = 4/5

F3x = 580*(3/5) = 348 N

F3y = 580*(4/5) = 464 N
