Given that t=6.7 and h = -23.9 ( Taking starting point as origin) the using 2nd equation of motion

h=ut-\frac{1}{2}gt^2\Rightarrow -23.9=u\times6.7-\frac{1}{2}\times9.8\times6.7^2 \Rightarrow u=29.26 m/s
