magnetic field due to wire is given as

B = u0*I/(2*pi*d)

Now , at point P

Bp = B1 - B2

Bp = u0*(3/(0.4 + 0.2) - 7/(.2))/2*pi

Bp = -6 .00 *10^-6 T

the magnitude of magnetic field is 6 .00 *10^-6 T
