First time admission patient is admiited with diabetes and chronic renal failure. at that time pt is only treated with diuretics and iv fluids but no medicine is given for diabetes and no treatment like dialysis is prescribe for renal failure.so the urea nitrogen is elevated in patient. Patient has possible diabetes so it will directly affect the renal filteration and thus acetone and creatinine and nitrogen will increases.
