Utilitarianism action that maximises utility in total benefits.. Therefore economic action that support high utility for more people..vaccine should given for vulnerable people with high utility..

B, Right- based ethics:

Right based approach theory based on receiving vaccination it depends upon the right that individual and group in society determine by their choice..

C, duty based ethics:

It is deontological ethics based on morality of an action, in this situation whether right or wrong because the action includes everyone to get benefit with vaccination equally distributed for everyone..

D, justice- based ethics:

It is legal system based ethics..as per rules of US government the vaccination reaches the population..

E, virtue- based ethics:

Virtue based ethics on providing vaccination inorder to bring goodness for people..virtue based ethics on vaccination people receive with their culture based and ethnicity..

Part two:

A, Autonomy:

Vaccination for people to respect their right..This is as per patient choice the vaccination should be reached.

B, beneficence:

Beneficence priniciples includes make benefits for people for their health condition and it should be cost effective..

C, nonmalfeasance:

It's avoiding harm to the patient, vaccination may be contraindication to their health condition..in this condition vaccination should be avoided for certain people..

D, justice:

Vaccination should be equally distributed to people to avoid discrimination..
