Mr. Kline's Vitals represent High-grade fever(T 103 F), RR is 32 breath per min and O₂ Saturation decreases to 84%, and productive rust color sputum, These signs represent respiratory infection as he diagnosed with CAP.

His BP is 154/82, Its represent he is Hypertensive.

There is decrease sound in the left lower lobe and you also found course crackles in the left upper lobe, Which indicates pneumonia in the left lung with excess fluid accumulation.
