Mr. Kline's Vitals represent High-grade fever(T 103 F), RR is 32 breath per min and O2 Saturation decreases to 84%, and productive rust color sputum, These signs represent respiratory infection as he diagnosed with CAP.

His BP is 154/82, Its represent he is Hypertensive.

There is decrease sound in the left lower lobe and you also found course crackles in the left upper lobe, Which indicates pneumonia in the left lung with excess fluid accumulation.

His nails beds are dusky indicates cyanosis.

CAD - Coronary artery disease

blockage or narrowing of artery supplying blood to the heart(Coronary artery), which leads to interrupt blood supply to the heart.

MI - Myocardial infraction

It is otherwise known as heart attack

c. List of medication he was advised

Metoprolol - It is a class of drugs known as beta-blockers.

It decreases myocardial load by decreasing heart rate, It also lowers blood pressure and gives relief from angina by decreasing myocardial oxygen demand.

Amlodipine - It is a calcium channel blocker. It mainly an antihypertensive drug used to treat hypertension.

Lisinopril - It is an ACE inhibitor, It mainly an antihypertensive drug used to treat hypertension.

Furosemide - It is a diuretic, it is used to excrete extra fluid from the body and sometimes used to treat hypertension.

Metformin - It is an oral hypoglycemic drug used to treat type 2 diabetes.

Roliglitazone - It is used to treat type 2 Diabetes, It increases sensitivity of insulin in the body.
