check vitals of the patients.secure IV line and given IV fluid.
ask history of loss of consciousness,vomiting,seizures,ent bleed.check Glasgow coma score.
if patient is stable,advise ctscan scan head non contrast and yar fast,chest x-ray to look for injury and then diagnosis.and manage accordingly to diagnosis
