VIP patients completely experience privileged status from the time they enter into the hospital till the discharge. The healthcare professionals face challenges in caring such as violating the principles of social justice. VIP patients expect more and always demand for things. It is difficult to protect the patient's privacy as they are VIPs. They require extra services and additional resources. They should be given with the first preference in attaining of procedures or tests. All these can give additional stress on the nursing staff and the concerned physician.
