Question 1: Creditor is a liability so when we pay it off by cash (which is an asset), liability decreases and asset also decreases.

The answer is d) decrease asset, decrease liability

Question 4: Prepaid rent is the rent which we have already paid in advance for the coming period, we cannot expense it can as it would breach the matching principle. But at the start of the period for which the rent is prepaid for, we will expense it off until then it will stay as an asset in the balance sheet,

Question 5: Wages payable is a liability that will appear in the balance sheet and when it will be paid off it will be expensed off in the income statement and it will disappear from the balance sheet,
