Employees at the Utica, MI golf club factory facility were observed in the grinding machine area without protective equipment (protective glasses). One other employee was treated for eye irritations in this area due to a lack of safety glasses. b) Masks in the buffering rooms
Cause :
1) Due to lack of safety measures in the factory , employees are diagnosed with lung disorders and eye irritations.
Effect :
1) Due to the lack of safety measures in the company , most of the employees will not be interested in joining the company so the company should pay high salaries to recruit the employees which would raise the cost to the company.
Recommendation :
1) Being an auditor , I would like to recommend the company to follow all the safety measures to protect the employees which gradually improves company's Goodwill and creates a good public image in the society.
