Answer #1

Radio ImmunoAssay is a highly sensitive test to measure the concentration of antigen in the patient's sample. In this, a quantity of antigen is reduced with radioactive isotopes of iodine 121 or iodine 135. Then it mixed with the antibody. The sample is then added and the amount of antibody bound with labeled antigen. The antigen and antibody are separated out by using the substance of ammonium sulfate. This also known as farr technique method. This method is used for diagnoses of systemic lupus erythematosus that have high avidity anti-double-stranded DNA.
