MY FAVOURITE SHORT STORY
KNOWING WHERE TO HIT
Once upon a time there was a very wealthy man who had a beautiful ship, hr loved his ship a lot. But one day while sailing something went wrong and ship had stopped working. The man was very worried he called all the experts to mend it. They tried for hours together, charged him a lot but we're unable to mend it.
One day a poor mechanic came to him and said that he can mend his ship, owner said let him try this person at the last as all other s have failed. The mechanic took one nail and started to hit at one place in the ship within half a minute the ship started to work again, the man was very happy.
Mechanic gave him a bill of 1000$, rich man was surprised at the amount he had charged, on looking at the bill it was written, nail- 1$ and knowing where to hit the nail- 999$.
Moral- we should be able to identify weaknesses and should know where to hit the nail, to overcome it.
