Answer: Sometimes many Healthcare professionals such as nurses, pharmacist etc causes minor error or the negligence. The day to day work load of the nurses causes them burn out which leads to negligence.
Many situations such as sometimes nurse forget to change the IV drip that has been prescribed by the doctor. They mostly forget the time to time IV drip insertion. This is the most common mistakes they do.
Most of the times new nurses unsure about the condition of the patients removes the oxygen mask and forget to reapply which lead problem to the patient.
