2.p.acne metabolizes glycerol in sebum, forming free fatty acids

3.free fatty acids stimulate the release of pro inflammatory cytokines within the follicle.

4. The blood cells surrounding the follicle dilate and more permeable

5. The build up of dead cells, bacteria and body fluids cause pustule appear of skin surface.

6.Immune cells such as neutrophils and phagocytes move in to the follicle to eliminate p.acne.
