Ans 1- CEAP means Conservation Effects Assessment Project.

Having purpose means we are having a purpose to achieve the goal. We are having a positive reason to achieve the purpose. The goal here play a role of power or we can say a positive vibe.

2- Intrinsic motivation means participate in an activity for a challenge or for learning purpose.

3- In stressful situation we have to cool down ourself and have to handle the situation correctly to achieve the goal.

4 -Self confidence is the main key of success. With this ability may be we can't achieve the goal on the 1st attempt but we will get this definitely.it plays a very important role for get success. With self confidence we have more power to achieve success.

5-Work school balance is the degree of our ability. It's nothing but a certificate to get a chance to try a new thing which can be very helpful in our future. We will get the 1st chance for this only.
