Here, μ = 3, σ = 0.024, x1 = 2.95 and x2 = 3.05. We need to compute P(2.95<= X <= 3.05). The corresponding z-value is calculated using Central Limit Theorem

z = (x - μ)/σ
z1 = (2.95 - 3)/0.024 = -2.08
z2 = (3.05 - 3)/0.024 = 2.08

Therefore, we get
P(2.95 <= X <= 3.05) = P((3.05 - 3)/0.024) <= z <= (3.05 - 3)/0.024)
= P(-2.08 <= z <= 2.08) = P(z <= 2.08) - P(z <= -2.08)
= 0.9812 - 0.0188
= 0.9624
