E1 = k ( q4 - q2 ) / (a^2/2)

E 1 = 9*10^9* (19.8 - 9.39)*10^-9 / ( 0.064^2/2)

E1 = 45747.07 N/C

similarly, electric field due to q1 and q3

E2 = 9*10^9* (19.8 - 9.39)*10^-9* / ( 0.064^2/2)

E2 = 45707.07 N/C

net electric field at center

E^2 = E1^2 + E2^2

E = 64696.13 N/C
