Out of the given cost ,only variable cost will increase as the output increases and helps in achieving the increasing returns to scale .

Increasing returns to scale occurs when n number of inputs are given and output is more than n

marginal cost and average cost firstly decreases then start increasing and .

Fixed cost is fixed for any number of output .

it do not depends on the output in the short run .
