A)

Center of mass = 5/2 = 2.5 m from wall

Applying equilibrium condition,

T (5 - 1.2) = (35 x 9.8 x 2.5)

T = 225.66 N

B)

225.66 + F - (35 x 9.8) = 0

F = 117.33 N
