Answer #1

ANSWER.

3) Mesalazine is contraindicated in people with a history of hypersensitivity to

    salicylates.

2) Atropine is combined with diphenoxylate in the product lomotil because atropine

    discourage abuse of diphenoxylate.

* Diphenoxylate is an opioid drug which can produce euphoria so chances of abuse

    is high.

* Using atropine along with this drug result in anticholinergic unpleasant adverse effects

if taking overdose,so this combination helps to prevent abuse of diphenoxylate.
