Answer #1

We can say the patient as a non-compliant wher who doesnot take the prescribed medications,or doesnot follow the prescribed course of treatment or simply we can say that the patient who is not following any of the instructions from the health care providers and refuse all the treatment and procedures what ever thay offer.

There is a big difference in health and illness, where being healthy is a happiest condition and being in a illness is a worst and stressful condition. Most of the human who became ill will not face or accept the condition suddenly and may become non-compliant due to their situation and mental stress. They will not accept the reality as well as they will try to follow any of the instructions from the health care providers and refuse all the treatment and procedures for their illness but they carefully watch and monitor the providers reaction.

First of all as an health care providers we have to accept the reality that the patient are in a stage of stressfull condition other than the illness thus they become non-compliance.

*We have to respect and accept the patient

*We have to accept the values of the patient

*Due to the present stressful condition the patient is not in a stage of making decision by himself or herself and refuse the others decision also.

*We have to try to get a communication and co-operation of the patient by showing the dedication that we are trying to help you instead of doing harm

*Maintain your rationality

*Place the responsibility where it belongs, let the patient know that you cannot make him do anything

*Explain the directive, where help the person to know the doubt and clarify it,why you are issuing the directive

*Set reasonable limits

*Be prepared to enforceyour limits

*Don't stressthe negative, where be objective as possible when explaining the choices

*Develop a shared understanding

*Build a more effective partnership

\rightarrowPhysician patient conflict resolution tools

*Mirroring:Here the physician repeats backs the patient summary or giving a paraphrase of what the patient has been saying

*"I "statements :here physician will sya the his/her statements that I am worrying about the your condition seriousness ,how it will be control,if not control what are the complications you have to face....

*Developing and re-inforcing self efficacy:wher most ofthe non-compliant patient feel like a failures he instead of showing priority to the treatment we have to go for other conservative measures

I have been much worried about your hyperglycemic stage,it will affect to most of the organs and system, better to go for a direct treatment we have to go for some other consevative management according to your choice such as:follow a diabetic diet, promote regular exercise etc

Thus by following these way the patient has developed a trust over you and they will start co-operating and thus strengthening relationship with the patient, and permission to focus on limited areas of treatment at one time

*Give and build a support overtime thus they slowly start in the process of decision making

Point estimates often need to be nested in layers of analysis, and it is the Invariance Principle that provides a pathway for doing so. An example would be estimating Mu after having to estimate Alpha and Beta for some distributions. In simpler statistics class exercises (like those we've seen up until now), this is typically avoided by providing the lower level parameters within exercises or problems (eg, asking you for Mu by giving you the Alpha and Beta). The only...

In programmed decision making, managers do not need to repeatedly make new judgments about what should be done. They can rely...
